Shipping Policy

Shipping To The United K​ingdom

Shipping (Under £30)

We ship all orders Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. All orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service and will be dispatched no later than 1 working day after purchase (In most cases they will be dispatched on the same day). ​

  • Delivery (2-3 Working Day Service) = £3.50

 

FREE Delivery - Mainland UK on orders over £30

  • Customers can chose to upgrade postage to Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour service. £3.50 will be added at checkout for this option. Orders will be dispatched no later than 1 working day after purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer 30 Day Right to Return

 

Please be aware that to be eligible for a change of mind return, the ordered item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Items must be unused or unworn, contents complete, with tags where applicable, in original packaging, undamaged, and returned to us within 30 days of receipt. If returned physical goods fail to meet any of these requirements, the return will be rejected and no refund issued.Upon a successful processing of your return, your refund will be minus the original shipping cost as these fees are not refundable. You are responsible for covering the carriage costs when returning your item to us and we strongly recommend using a tracked service. Once recieved, returns will be processed within 48 hours (2 days)

PLEASE NOTE THAT USED GOODS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. EVEN MINOR DAMAGE TO FLIGHTS, STEMS, BARRELS OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE SOLD ITEM WILL MEAN A THE ITEM IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. 

 

Defective or Incorrect Product upon Arrival

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48hrs if the item has arrived defective, damaged, missing parts or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us on admin@BounceOutDarts.co.uk We can then quickly evaluate and rectify the issue for you as a matter of urgency. Failure to advise of any issues within 48hrs, may result in a return being rejected. In the event of you receiving damaged or incorrect goods that are reported within 48hrs, we will arrange and cover the carriage cost of return, emailing you a shipping label. Exchanges or refunds will be processed within 48 hours (2 days)
